How To Get Ultra Targeted Ads And Highly Converted Campaigns!
Last Updated on Tuesday, 23 November 2010 05:05 Written by infinetADs Monday, 11 October 2010 09:25
Do you have trouble writing ads, or just put together some quick ad that you think might do the job? Well what I’m here to tell you is, how to write ads that your consumer can connect with. Lets be honest if someone inst drawn in, they wont complete the campaign, in-turn you make NO MONEY. And that’s what we are here to do right?
Now probably the most important thing you have to consider is the buyers mindset. There are 3 levels of buying; surfing, compare/review, and buying .
- Surfing is when they don’t know what they want or need and their keywords are focused around their problem following with a solution. Your landing page should show the consumer how this thing/service eliminates their problem.
- Comparing/Reviewing buyers know what they want or need but don’t know which one to choose and their keywords commonly used are best, review, compare, ect. Your landing page should incorporate how your product/service is better than other or better for them.
- Buying consumers know which product/service to buy and are ready to buy it. Buyers keywords would be like cheap, discount, buy, free shipping, ect. Your landing page should reflect why they should buy off YOUR site!
You must send the buyer what they want to read. REALLY WOW THEM! Creating differed landing pages for different traffic is a great way to do that. Segmenting keywords based on mind-frame, then depending who I’m presenting to, set up relevant landing pages is the way to go! You can make these pages as unique as you can.
REMEMBER: CONNECT WITH YOUR CONSUMER
BE UNIQUE AND EXCITING!

WHOIS Privacy Considered “Material Falsification”
Last Updated on Tuesday, 23 November 2010 05:05 Written by infinetADs Friday, 30 April 2010 05:39
There has been a recent decision by the Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit has determined that using WHOIS privacy on domains may be considered “material falsification” under federal law. Kilbride (9th Cir., 2009) was convicted under the CAN-SPAM Act in a case that involved criminal charges of intentional email spamming.Enacted by the US Congress in 2003, the CAN-SPAM Act prohibits false or misleading transmission information, deceptive headers, and requires email solicitations to give an easy opt-out method and be labeled as an advertisement, including the senders physical post address.
Although the ruling does not make use of WHOIS privacy illegal, it does serve as a clear message from the court that coupling the use of privacy services with intentional spamming will likely result in a violation of the CAN-SPAM act. This is an important decision that members of the domain community should refer to prior to utilizing a privacy shield.
